Shipments and Returns Policy

Ricky Martin Foundation accepts the return of its products within 15 days after the date of purchase, provided that they have not been used. To return an item, the product has to be in perfect condition and in its original package. Once the item is received in our offices, and its condition is checked, we will proceed to make the corresponding credit. Credit will be processed using the same method of payment as used for the purchase.
